I had to sell my board that I loved the most.. My beautiful 10'6'' Nalu.. but I love my new one even more..

Anyone else feel this way when they get a new board.. or is it just me..

DJ, great board! Any first impressions compared to the 10'6?

I'll try and do a review on it once I've had a few more surfs on it.

Here's some vid from yesterday.. and some fun music from the new Guardians of the Galaxy film.

It's like a slightly bigger and more stable version of the 10'6''.. and very different to the older shape 11'4''.. I love it..

Nice looking board DJ, nothing like a brand new board!

I've been meaning to ask, what do you wear under your boardies and yellow top? Is it a thin wetsuit? I'm trying to come up with something warm for paddling on the 14' board but don't want to overheat with a wetsuit.

There was an overweight pasty English beginner with a rash vest over a steamer yesterday walking down the path in front of me. I almost wanted to tell him he was doing it wrong, but thought it didn't matter in the grand scheme of things so let it be.

Ok... so nothing shows up on any Naish Nalu 11'0 search except the 11'0 Air.
A new 2015, I imagine?

DJ keeps live kittens stuffed down the boardies...to help keep warm in our cooler months. You'll have to ask hI'm directly about the rashie (be prepare for "because it's yellow"

Short sleeve wetty, that's an Adrenalin thermo top, to keep his arms warm.
DJ is a national treasure, but he doesn't want to show us his junk or how exited he is with his new love

Ha.. Ross is a good friend and I trust him 100%.. and I often ask him to come as close as he can in my vids..

He's surfing great.. There was no board contact.. but I did feel his board brush against my leg..

All good.. and not a mark on the boards...

.. The board is prfastfast.. (pretty fast)..
