Looks good Dean.. 13.2 is very quick.

I like the wide point further back look.. More pics please..

You'll have to get out on the water with Matt to compare it with his 16' Pene.

On a recent down wind run Dave Kalama was able to max out at 22 kph with an average of about 15 kph.

I know down wind is different to flat water but it would be interesting to see what max speed you can get out of it on a down wind run.

In comparison the fastest PonoBill could paddle his 14' Starboard point was about 9 kph on flat water.

LSD your a board making machine!Looks Fast.What are your theories on making fast paddling sup boards , would you shape them differently for flat water and open ocean?

My son at 6'5" & 93Kg (mostly muscle) will do this for you.
What is your best sustained speed on flat water & no wind ?
