The USP is that it helps you fall asleep on the water? I can't think of a single waterway in the UK where it would be safe to fall asleep. Maybe in a paddling pool in your back garden, although a fall in your sleep into shallow water could still put a crimp in your day.

Falling in in Wyoming USA most of the year wouldn't be much fun either. Most of that water comes from melting snow.
