KeNalu with the long T handel and the new adjustable system could work.

I'm 6'4'' and need to cut at least 4'' off my Kialoa paddles.

He has a few of paddles, YOB for when he is surfing (uncut length- 2.17-2.2m) and a Quickblade for extra length when on his race board (8'1" (246cm) total length edge of blade to top of handle). On the Quickblade there is a 24cm carbon extension glued in just before the handle. He hasn't used the QB very often though, so cant give much feed back on it.
He reckons shafts would be better without extensions, cause they can be a bit dicky/ more chance of breaking.

He has broken 2 Cabrinha paddles at the shoulder above the blade, one Starboard paddle in the middle of the shaft and another Starboard that had an alloy extension (broken at the shaft end of the extension). Hasn't broken any YOB paddle or the Quickblade- they seem to be doing well.
