Pop in and see Simon at the surf shop in Merimbula and ask him for Steve's number.. I'm sure Steve would love to help you out.
My advise is don't go too small to start with.. Both Simon and Steve started out on the big 11'6" Naish.
I recomend the 9'5" or 10' Mana.
