Usually floatables from kawana or Pt Cartwright end up at Twin Waters beach, I've retrieved both my AMA and a paddle on separate occasions off the life guards at Twin Waters, so try contact them leave a phone number. Lots of people beach walk there in the mornings and hand the stuff in.

My stuff had Rambo on them and they knew who I was so contacted Danny Sheard, so as your paddle is marked good chance you'll see it again.

Thought I was a going lose another one out there today when Brm Brm was safely on the shoulder of this massive thing and I had 6ft of white water coming at me . Been having a blast around here the last week or so.Theres a heap of new sand structure right across the bay with waves breaking where there used to be deep water.
