You better be careful JB - 15 Beers the night before would have you still over the legal limit for the drive down there !!! And there are few sections of the Princes Hwy that are a bit HAIRY ! Like those tiny narrow bridges that crop up right on really sharp bends (and they aren't wide enough for you and the Semi trailer coming the other way) Drive carefully!

Anyone have a good swell forecast site that includes the Merimbula area?
Maybe a global wave model?

I had a link but it doesn't seam to be there anymore.

Sometimes it's right under your nose, didn't think to check here for some reason.
I've never planned around the forecast either and it's never really delivered as far as swell goes. I didn't get there last year though.

Fingers crossed we get the bar for at least 1 day!

Re the weather forecast watch that space as the high strengthens as often the nor'easter comes in a bt stronger than on the sea breeze prediction.The sou'easters you can adda fair bit as the wind meter is at the airport in the lee of the sou'easter.
Swell looking like being from north so chances of Bar being on looking slight bur PB Short Point Bournda will have great SUP waves in the mornings before the onshores.
