Hey Blane, I have a 9 3 Ripper and loving it. Any chance of some sub 9 footers for the slightly smaller guys in this type of construction? I'm 83 kgs (183 lbs) for example.

What sort of weight are they coming out at?

Cheers

Yeah what Goatman said. Hows the weight compared to the standard PSH construction. Also where will this design fit on the PSH price scale?

Well, we probably won't sell to many of these for a couple reasons. One is the price would be around $1800 US before freight to AUS. The other reason is the finish of the veneer isn't as perfect as I want it yet. I'm mainly showing these for an idea what we're up to. Just glassed boards, no veneer are what we will be doing mostly.

Weight on these vacuum bagged with 1 lb foam are around 14 lbs. The one above is with 1.5 lb foam and it weighs in at 17 lbs.

As far as the smaller, thinner boards... YES, I'm making PLENTY in the near future.

Prototype for Noah below.
