I was playing around pulling a still out of video , this is a shot from last week on the Bombie off the Gold Coast Seaway , it was rough as guts so the video was a wash out but I managed to pull this shot out of my mate Simo paddling for the unmakable wave....he got monstered...big effort for going for it.

great shot , that would have been an awesome still if it was clear!Its very hard to catch a breaking wave on a sup the board tends to get swept from under your feet.

Yeah it's a shame it's so blurred , that was taken on my GS400 Panasonic which is on it's last legs I have up graded all my gear to full HD and the new Cannon 5D M11 which takes 21 mega pixel shots so you can expect some spectacular shots from me in the future

you just have to wait for another awesome swell event like that one , although its supposed to be 6ft on the weekend , maybee some good photo opps for you then!
Its a pitty you could not some way clear that shot up.
