Well thank you to all the guys and girls that turned up in some dodgy conditions.

Hana, Ilva, Heather (injured leg), Amy, Kristi, Ross, Rich, Jason, PeteMC, Tux, Tanya and Nate.

Tux Tanya and Nate, went home just before the wind dropped and we finally got to have some fun!.

Thank you also to Huey who finally came to the party!

I guess the pics tell the story:

The Mega quiver was re assembled for the day.

PetMC was easily able to paddle the DC 9'4 and check out the smile:

Some instruction on standing turning and paddling by Rich.

Check out Jasons beautiful home made wooden paddles

Fun Fun Fun

The DC 9'4 blew peoples minds yet again. I didnt get any pics but Toby ripped the best cuttie I have ever seen done on a SUP today on this board.

Ross got of the board super stoked to say the least!

A huge thank you to everyone who turned up and helped out!

Hana and Ilva are hooked, Ross and PeteMC totaly stoked, Thanks to Jason for showing us his awesome wood paddles.

Tux Tanya and Nate, we will make up for what you missd out on today.

Phill

Great day Phil, buggered after the 2 hr drive home. Well what can I say about the DC9'4....I want one . I can't believe how stable it is (90kg at the moment), how straight it tracks, and how easily it catches waves. Once I got some paddle speed up I thought there was no way you could tip this board, solid as a rock. Although I didn't get to surf it, it sure rips. Make my PSH 11'er seem like a barge. Now how do I convince the missus that I need one

Ilva showed us all up in the spring suit, Kristi went out in full street clothes and i paddled 10 ft then realised that the vien on Rich's head was about to pop and my drugs were wearing off so I got beached on the river bank.

Pete,

Was in stoke heaven on the 9'4 I think Dale needs to add a night shift.

The after paddle chicken and chips was pretty special and Strapper OG had the perfect fin for Pete's PSH 9'6WAA.

Great day had by all

Pete,

I had an awesome time, just seeing everyone try so many different boards and having a great time is the best medicine. Ribs what ribs.

The look on your face when you stood up on the DC and paddled off said it all. You were convinced you couldnt do it on a board that small, but I knew you could. A bad fin choice with that board would have made it paddle very diferently.

The smile on your face made the whole day worth it.

When Ilva and Hana left they were frothing like grommets, they rang me this evening still buzing. I laughed when I heard they had sore calves and arms etc but they wanted to know when they could go out again.

I live for days like today.

Phill

Well BP,

I cant surf so, I thought I would have a little lens time.

All the surf shots are mine the flat water images are Kristiana's.

Phill.

There is also vid on its way from PRK

I may not be able to surf and have fun but I can sure as hell watch others and get them some aweseome pics for the wall.

Phill
