Old mate on the ski probably needs to stay about there, or head a touch wider, but he can't venture too far away, because I think he needs to make a rescue soon !!! Someone is about to get splattered by over 30 feet of white water !!!
Nice picture though, as long as our mate isn't swimming where the splash is then all is good.
Having said that it's hard to say if the guys in the shot are in the path of that wave, particularly given the big crunchy monster behind them is bound to leave a lot of white water...
