Looks cool, but slow - I reckon that speed limit would get frustrating, and you couldn't ride it when the batteries died. The one in that article http://ridemarbel.com/ looks a better proposition. Gets up to speeds that could kill you and even if you the batteries dies (and you don't) you can still kick push it when dead.
