Can anyone compare the PSH 10.6 wide all arounder to the Starboard 10.5? Could be they're too similar to be distinguishable; then again, maybe one is better at some things -- noseriding, stability, turning, whathaveyou -- than the other. If anyone has ridden both, maybe you could leap forward and say a few words. Thanks!

thanks for the response, hilly. as it happens, i've got the starboard 10.5 and like it a bunch, but with the psh's about to go down in price in the states, i was thinking maybe i should own one of those as well, , if it was sufficiently different to make it worthwhile. wouldn't be able to demo it however ....

yeah, i guess you're right, too similar. the 10waa is the one i really want ... i only hope i can last until nov, when they're due. my pal has the 9.3 c4 subvector; have any idea how that would compare stability-wise to the 9.6waa? (i've also ridden the 9.8 starboard extremist, if that's at all comparable.) thanks!

thanks, loco, for the info. as stable as the sub vector is supposed to be, i've had some trouble on my pal's, probably due to various balance issues, etc. from the looks of things, i think it's best that i try to sit tight and wait for the 10.0 WAA's. of course, now that has me wondering how those are going to compare to the existing 10.3AAs, which are supposed to be more stable than the 10.6AAs, which are supposed to be slightly less stable than the 10.6WAAs. Ha! Too many choices! Got to love it!

could be, but i think i read somewhere that the 10.3aa is thicker than the 10.6aa, with a more rounded nose and fuller rails, thus making it more stable. i could be wrong about that, tho ...
