PSH has had a manufacturing glitch months ago in the factory that has since been fixed. The problem has been some boards have had rails that cracked open. The numbers so far reported have been less than 30 worldwide out of well over 1000 made at that time.
PSH is 100% behind making this right and the factory is standing behind their products and will replace any board that has this problem or any other defect that is a factory issue.
OGSUP has had it happen to him and was nice enough to bring it to our attention before coming on here. I appreciate that OG but I really want people to know we have nothing to hide and are addressing this issue which is our first challenging problem we've had. Hopefully the last! All manufacturers have or will have some kind of defect and this is our turn.
It sucks but it's been fixed so we know its a temporary thing on a small amount of boards. I just want to let everyone know we are not going to hide from this and we will replace any board with this problem. If you pay to repair it, keep the receipt and I will pay for that too so you can surf it till a replacement arrives.
The factory has been notified about OG's board and we are waiting for word how his will be replaced and these kind of things are treated as a do it now. We have not sent one from the factory to AUS yet so we will see how fast they do this. This is a high priority issue and I am always on them to get things fixed if we have a problem.

Fantastic that a bloke like this comes on here and openly admits a defect in a run of his boards, is open, honest and forthright. Thank you.
I own 2 of your boards and have recommended to 4 friends that they buy them, 3 have and 1 is about to-principally because of the quality and performance of the boards-your attitude to customer service is the icing on the cake!

PS-like Naish and others do-suggest you put unique serial numbers on each of your boards-would help with an issue like this and assist to track history of boards and particularity assist in a theft.
