Does anyone know of any articles/videos etc looking at paddle technique for maximum speed and efficiency for down winders and flat water paddling?
Cheers,
Adam

Im not doing it to break any speed records. In fact Im so unfit. I dont have the time to train. And when I do have the time I enjoy searching for some waves just like Hilly.
It might be like someone who is into riding pushies trying to decide to go mountain biking or road biking? Maybe not? I dont know?
But my thoughts are that if we can get as many people to enter as possible it will do the sport good. Show the organisers that there is an interest. More publicity and more organised races for the future.

Don't have time to train....pppfffftttt....Who's going north for a week of surf, sup, windsurf? That sounds like training to me. Is Mr peace, love, and soulful tunes getting a little competitive? The battle of the 11'2" is on, and I'll be waiting for you at the finish line Mr Greenroom!!
