Hi all,

Firstly howdy to all fellow SUP'ers out there - I've been a regular follower of Seabreeze for a while and thought it was about time to join in the fun...

Last weekend in Perth presented perfect conditions for a flat water paddle on the Swan and gave me a good opportunity to try out some new mounting options for my recently acquired GoPro (thanks to DM from AKS for the advice on mounting options and his videos from Ningaloo that gave me some inspiration!).

So first time editing video with Sony Vegas, cant wait for some decent swell for some more fresh video.

Cheers DJ - the second view was using the GoPro head strap mount. I don't have a helmet so went for the strap instead and it turned out OK. Works well on a flat water paddle but on a down-winder or surf session its likely to come off.

Hey DirectX,

Nice vid. I can't believe how good the river looked for paddling. Looked like the mounts were workin' well.

Good stuff! And thanks for the plug

DJ....this is a view from a chest mount gopro, its harder to direct but gives a better height perspective.
