Gunnamatta Park Cronulla to Bonnie Vale in the Royal National Park.

With a nor'easter blowing and threatening skies, we ventured across the Bay to Cronulla before turning and heading back 'downwind' before the weather changed.

Unfortunately, the runners down the Bay where disappointing with the closeness of the wind swell on the water but a solid workout, salt water, sea breeze and time with friends made it totally fun experience all the same.

Thanks mate....always appreciate you being the only comment I get ! LOL.

No leggie....felt safe in the Bay although in hindsight it was a bad call as things can go wrong quickly !

BTW - think I might have answered your question re Jav / Glide etc on the 'show us your quiver' topic.....was getting around to it....damn video's take forever to make !
