They will take them but no allowance for any weight over 23kg, will pay excess @ $10 a kg for very kg.

It cost $15 US per kg on Pacific Blue last December x 40 kgs,work that one out

I stuffed everything in the board bag with the board approx 25kg and a big carry on bag = no charge.
