Yesterday afternoon PRK was smokin. I ws told before we got there that it was throwing barrels of the point. The swell was pretty sold 4ft with some bigger sets and boy did they have some grunt, Session let me back on an old friend 10'6WAA and I got 2 of the best rides of my life. One you dodged the fotsome and jetsome at the peak it was just a pure rush. The wave would wall up and even though with the easterly it had some steps in you had to jump off and over it went for 300 - 400m. There was a dead section that only the SUPS could get through then it just powered to the beach.
Session was killing it until he hit his board and damaged his shoulder
Kristi took off on the bigggest wave of her life and smoked it down the line even got a few hoots from the mal riders. She paddled back asking how bif was that face beaming from ear to ear.
Dean was out there but came late
but was shreading as usual.
Well another day in paradise!
