There seems to be no shortage of paddlers on Northern beaches and South who participate in group training but not much in the East-at least that I have noticed in my time on the water.
If any SUP paddlers, or prone paddleboarders are interested in group training out of Rose Bay and/or Bondi in the mornings, conditions dictating location (Wed and Fri 6am, with occasional longer w/e ocean paddle) please let me know. I buried a similar request in another posting a few weeks ago and got a couple of replies. This is intended as a come if you want to/ are able to group. No training fee or coaching etc. and not confined to elite paddlers just for paddlers keen to improve endurance and have fun by training with a group.

why so many postings that can drag for days on trivial matters and cliquey in- jokes etc but a distinct lack on interest on the forum in an actual paddling group??- any ideas on this from members?

I'm on the Southside Ben ,and fine it hard as well but have teamed up with Stuart from SUPLOVE ...so its been good.

Not sure if you have checked out the club website www.spsc.com.au
there's a few of the breezers involved and we have events all over the Sydney beaches ....check us out it's also a great way to meet other SUPers.
