Dave at Katana in Osborne Park has repaired a nasty ding for me before. He did a good job and didn't charge the world. Call ahead to make sure he's got room on the racks for a SUP as a courtesy.
I think Dave posts on here as Legion - you can PM him direct.
+1 for Adam at MOB. Never had to wait for a long turn around and he does immaculate work - strong and hard to spot.
Steve Sapsford is also great if you're south of river.
