SUP "theory"

Hi all, as some know im off the water and have been for quite some time now. But i got news today, and i will back on the water in 3 weeks!!!!
Stocked

But with 9 weeks off the water, i have done two things,

one:
Get extremely unfit
Two:
forgot about all the tips i was taught.

So to get prepared for when i hit the water i want to get some "theory", in other terms some hints,

Now when i was just getting into it, i was just starting to work on the sharp pivot turns, so i could catch more waves. I was also really working on my paddle technique getting it nice and deep to get lots of speed and power.

but i had all other hints on things to work on, and i have forgotten, so whats some things to work on, things to remember, and anything els wich will help me progress as fast as possible.

TH + LH = BF (Top hand push forward.. plus ..Bottom hand pull back..and ..Board will move forward)..

Welcome back..What board will you be paddling in three weeks?

i will be mixing it up between the new Quatro 11'4, and the Laird hamilton 11'
