Hi all, as some know im off the water and have been for quite some time now. But i got news today, and i will back on the water in 3 weeks!!!!

But with 9 weeks off the water, i have done two things,
one:
Get extremely unfit
Two:
forgot about all the tips i was taught.
So to get prepared for when i hit the water i want to get some "theory", in other terms some hints,
Now when i was just getting into it, i was just starting to work on the sharp pivot turns, so i could catch more waves. I was also really working on my paddle technique getting it nice and deep to get lots of speed and power.
but i had all other hints on things to work on, and i have forgotten, so whats some things to work on, things to remember, and anything els wich will help me progress as fast as possible.
