Out for an early surf yesterday morning, last wave before work turned into a
wipeout, result a broken surftech paddle. What do I do now if I want an after work surf ?
Rang Simon Newcastle SUP, no problem. He goes through the C4 options,we settle on a paddle, asks me the length and whether I need a guard fitted
to the edge.At luchtime I get a call to find out where I am and he hand
delivers it cut to length glued and paddle guard fitted.WOW.
Hows that for service, ready to go again no time lost.
Had a surf with the new C4 paddle this morning, totally blown away.Cant
believe how light it is.The first wave I even caught it paddling on my backhand side, something I could never do with the surftech paddle.
In a world where service is sadly lacking its refreshing to encounter service
such as this.
The C4 paddle definitely flys under the radar, try one you will be mightely impressed.

It's great to see excellent service like that.. It's how it should be IMO.

Exceeding the customers expectation is what its all about.

And what a difference a good paddle makes..

The equipment is quite expensive, so it's reassuring to know that you are not left out in the cold should something go wrong.

Ummm-he broke a Surftech paddle and Simon replaced it with a C4 (assumed it was purchased rather than a warranty replacement).

Good to hear of such service.

Definitely a purchase,I brought the surftech a couple of years ago in Sydney.Took a hell of a lot of abuse over that time, but its not a touch on the C4 paddle though.
