Hi Peeps,

This is a shout out and thank you to Angie and Jacko of Roar Industries in Currumbin for taking me into their home and shop and looking after me for three days.

I believe if you want to start a new venture you can do it two ways, using NLP as a basis, you can learn as you go by making mistakes and trialing by error, or you can find someone who is the best at what they do and model their practices and behaviour. This way you avoid mistakes, hit the ground running and have a benchmark of excellence as a starting point. Guess which one I chose

Sincerely to Paul and Angie and the whole Currumbin/Goldy crew, Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and warm welcome. I felt part of the scene (well as much as a stranger can) in no time at all. Great to catch up with you all and my learning was fun and steep. Learned loads about so many aspects of SUP (social, physical, technical and commercial), and was humbled by most riders abilities.
