We are holding a demo this Sunday in conjunction with 2nd Wind this Sunday the 19/4 at Lucky Bay Melville from 8am – 10am.

We will have heaps of the new range of Starboard SUP’s available to try back to back.

If you are thinking about getting into SUP, the glass smooth waters of Lucky bay would be the ideal place to have your first go!

See you Sunday!

Had my first SUP yesterday was amazingly difficult especially with a bit of chop.
Looks like i'll be there on Sunday.
Might even tempt the family.
Cheers :-)

You will find it much easier on the River, reli. When the water is still, it is simple compared with the water movement on the coast.
The last three mornings have been perfect for 2 hour river runs before work. Applecross to Canning bridge and back. Should be the same for the next week.

Hey to all those going to the demo day, give the 8'5" pocket rocket a go, you will be suprised how easy it is to ride for such a small board. Great board.....

We were going to do it the other day but was too windy for it.

Seems like a great idea, though dont think you could stay upwind much
Gybing would be interesting too.

You coming down to try the toys windy? or what about greeny?

nar, i made a vow never to go in/on the river again after a face to face meeting with a brown jellyfish

yeah get into it, get one.....u will not regret.....try the sb 10'5 or the new 11'2

plenty of harbours and protected glassy places on the ocean to try if you want to get away from the browness.

There was a great turnout this morning for the demo. Thanks to everyone who came down (20 plus paddlers). If you missed it they guys will try to arrange another sunday morning soon.
Plenty of happy faces and surprises - with the whopper being a big hit- after everyone got to try most of the different sizes. Could not have had better weather with perfect glass conditions.
Cheers
