sorry not entirely SUP, but can anyone recommend a kid friendly holiday park (Playgrounds etc) on the Sunny Coast?
Looking for cabins /self contained
Right on a consistent surf beach is preferable
Cheers

I cant remember the name, but the one on the river at Noosa is great.I stayed there 2 years running and was quite happy.Good showers, dunnys and stuff.they've got barbies and a kids playground but I didnt use them. And it's not to far to paddle from the park to the river mouth.I was longboarding back then but now I'm thinking in SUP mode it sounds quite appealing.

Which area of the Sunshine Coast are you heading to. Not many of the beach parks have play areas like that at the Big 4s. The beach is the main attraction.
Some favourites are the Cotton Tree Caravan park. It has self contained cabins. Good parks down the road but also really good family friendly surf T Maroochydore and the sand bags in the river mouth.

Cotton Tree is great. River out the side, surf beach out the front. Great town.

The other ones on the site are good too.

Been super busy at Cotton tree lately.
The sup boom is in full swing there.
Heaps of families paddling too which is cool to see.
