Good post Surf FX. Great shop and really well stocked with everything that we all need. i have just seen a post in the kite board section where there was a discussion about buying online vs supporting your local shop. i was a retailer for over 30 years and the last 11 years in technology products until I sold up 7 months ago. The problem now is that retailers and most businesses face is how to relevant relevant in today's connected world.

This is a good start. You have a large investment in stock across windsurfing, kiting and Standup and are putting your money where your mouth is. Congratulations on being there for all of us wind and surf addicts. I don't know what level of service you provide but the cleaner looked a little familiar as well the guy with the dreaddies so your sales staff must be real good.

Keep it up. When I get over East i will drop in to say hello. i probably wont buy anything as i try to support my local stores in Geraldton WA. However i could be like DJ and think i died and went to heaven so anything is possible if i am in a weak state of mind.

I know they have a Taco Van that pulls up several times a week - and the staff all abandon their work and carb load, Mexican style. Dont expect service when you see the van outside...
Coffee... well, I suspect they have a secret one somewhere in the store. It does cater to the SUP brigade, after all.... so lattes are a must!
