THIS WEEK WE WILL BE FOCUSING ON THE CATCH AS WELL AS REVISING TURNS



This Sunday Morning -7th April 2013--Time Trials plus Technique Clinic afterwards


Jamieson Park Paddle are holding time trials on the Lake for all those people out there wanting to keep up their training, and for all those who want to start racing but are just a little unsure where to begin, we can assist you!

Time: 7:30 am for a 8:00 am start

Cost: $10 with your own board

$25 if you wish to hire a race board from JPP (Many to chose from)

Distance: 4-5 km So please come along and let's enjoy this great sport together.

There will be a BBQ breakfast afterwards to cure your hard earned appetite, talk about how you felt you performed and to meet new friends.
