Life is getting pretty boring around the forum lately.

So thought I would get as many red thumbs as I can while I am still here

People often miss the tiny little things at the top of the post (I do most of the time, bad eye sight getting old) so I thought it best to make sure that we dont miss anything by accident.

Please feel free to use one of these:

We need a new thumb, the eh, half and half, not to sure flat hand moving side to side type thing.
Actually we need to take this alot further:
"Rainbow" Thumb- I think we all know what this will mean
Blue Thumb- Went SUP'n without my wettie and have hypothermia
Yellow Thumb- Drank too much beer now have jaundice (think this may be very popular)

I took this out of the other post as its my question.

What happened to all the passion??

There is a difference between pimping and offering usefull advice to someone who seeks it. Just give them honest feedback on what models might suite them.

Anyone that does put a view forward be like JB who clearly shows he is aligned naish.

Give these guys the value of your experience what you found when you rode the board and why it might be a good / great board for them.

Hilly you have been to Hawaii and seen some of the new boards what might be a contender for Russh?

JB / Jacko what about 8.10 at this weight is it doable for the average joe or would you recommend the 8'4 or 9'6?

Jonathon C / RPS you have seen the Starboard range what are your suggestions?

Simon what about a C4 option sub vector or bat wing do you have anything in SA?

Corban ??????

JL?????????

Lacey / Dale what has DC got that might fit the bill?

Keahi there must be a Laguna Bay custom for this guy?

Just give honest no BS suggestions and get him a demo.

Without the long term guys like Hilly, Greenie, Jacko, Piros, Casso, DJ, Hilly, Session, Lacey and many many others wanting to put a valid view forward this forum will suck!

Agreed Phil.

My post on pimping was in NO WAY intended to have a chilling effect on people commenting or being stoked on their equipment, SUP'ing etc. etc. .

It was really just a request that when someone is posting on equipment etc. that they are honest and disclose that they have an association (not directed at people that aren't associated and just want to pimp their ride-that's cool, there' no ulterior motive there-just stoke).

Nice words Phill thanks.

However I do not give a hoot if I get red thumbed actually do not look until pointed out. Hoping to get a serial red thumber like Paul has that would be awesome.

Laurie does it to engage the voyeurs who out number posters 8 to 1. The interaction would be figures he can use to sell ads at a guess.

Like any system people misuse it and look to settle personal scores with it Bit weak in my opinion I prefer to voice my thoughts.

I like the big thumbs, maybe sponsors could put logos on them at a cost???

Cheers Andrew
