This is the way it's done in France. No need for big 4x4s or a trailer,just a Twingo. This guy designs and builds his own boards. There are some great pics of him building them in his living room. Obviously not married. The designs are a bit different too. Colas might know more.

You need to see some of the pics from DJ's 'zook' years. Multiple (big) boards plus a fat bike in a box on top of the Suzuki Swift, bound for the mambo.
