I just got an email from ocean paddler and it looks like we may have some great races coming up in early 2011. The dr race will be in january, along with a 20km race in Margaret River and a race in Mandurah all in a short period of time. Supsurf Australia looks like its hosting the margaret river race and Barts from the Mandurah outrigging club is putting on the other race. Looks like big thanks to Courts and Barts for supporting a WA racing scene.
Hopefully there will be big turn outs for all and plenty of people coming over from the east coast.
Good times ahead

Looks like a great week of racing. Trying to find a way to get my board over there so I can race. Never been to WA so I'm super excited.

looks great

If the knees up to it will do the doctor and the MR race. The paddle from Gnarabup to Grace town is fun.

Awesome stuff thanks for posting Adam.

Went out for a training run yesterday Cott to Port Beach and back and ran into Kevin (the energizer bunny guy) and he is also entering the bay 2 beach so hopeful should get a good turnout for the event hopefully the weather will co-operate.

Hey Reagan, tell him he'd be much faster on an 8 foot board
We might then have half a chance.

Speaking of WA Races, who has or is looking at doing the Bay 2 Beach Race this weekend? Forecast is pretty average at the moment.
