.. I cut my vids up to make it more interesting for those not so much into them.. I'm pretty lazy doing my vids.. I can't be bothered watching through all one hour plus so I just jump through it and grab bits here and there and think they look pretty good and I'm sure that I often miss some great runners and moments.. Anyway.. Here's a totally random chunk out of yesterdays vid.. It's about mid way through our run and as you will see it's not all down hill and easy sailing.. It's searching and hunting down the bumps and sometimes cursing as you often go right when you should have gone left and also yaa-hoo'ing when you get on a good one.. I was rapt to get to the end of yestedays run bone dry and without a fall.. Even though it was a hot day the water is still icy cold and I didn't wear my wettie.
