Hey Guys,

Do people bother repairing brocken and creased SUBS? Is there a market for major repaired boards (with nice touchup jobs [}:)]) or do people ride them to they die?

It seems due to the length and the snap back when going over waves SUBS have at tendancy to crease!

Still contemplating if I should shape a board or get a used one. The easy way out is buying one but I think I would much prefer to shape one for the fun of it (even though it may ride cr@p)

Cheers
Rich

I bought a creased custom one a few years ago. Fast forward a year later - and it snapped where the crease was and I left it on the beach. I had a look an hour later and it was gone. My guess it was repaired.

Personally, after owning a few customs and popouts I'd say the popouts I've owned are much more durable than the customs and have better resale value.

What was the question?
