Looking for some recommendations on a stronger surf paddle.

Don't mind sacrificing a bit of weight to save myself the $'s on replacements, the inconvienace and all the flamin carbon fibre splinters in my right hand.

I've had a methane for 3yrs and flogged the F##K out of it in up to 2-3 times overhead and its stilll going, recently been stealing my girlfriends QuickBlade 83" flyweight. It is so light and paddles really well.

I have a corbin carbon/ Kevlar that's held up for almost three years of abuse by a big fat bugger...

Me a JL glass shaft too but with a kia kaha blade on it.
Haven't had a carbon shaft that lasted past the 3 month stage yet & hesitate to spend 5 or 6 or 700 bucks on another expensive experiment

So what sort of warranty/guarantee should one expect for a paddle that you pay a lot of money for?

Never snapped a QB (owned 3 since 2009 still have original) or Ke Nalu, touch wood. Snapped Kialoa(2 snaps) and Starboard they replaced the paddles. Usually 12 months warranty.

2 paddles - QB & Kialoa...never snapped them & I've pushed 110kgs onto them hard!
