i caught up with him yesterday and he was humble and stoked.he also surfed a third in the under 18 division of the festival of surfing longboards as well as the sup.this kid is not a big head and rips.
watched the grommet smashing it on his kite the day before the mambo comp at merimbula
i had just snapped my sup board and grabbed a 6 pack of beer and walked down the beach to watch the kiters shredding the 4 to 5 foot lefts epic conditions
the grom was a standout riding strappless on his surfboard and pulling the biggest bottom turn top turn combos
