i came across golden circle sports codial concentrate. it has electrolytes and magnesium.i've been trying it and seems as good as anything else i've tried. one lt of concentrate does 10 lts. cost $4

I stared at a bottle of it in coles yesterday for 20 minutes and nothing happened ??
Well - it did say "concentrate"
