Looks like those peski Jet skiers will no longer be able to buzz around and wave jump , tow surf generally spoil your day at Currumbin any more.

New Laws/Guidelines gazzetted for Tow surfing , check out Coast watch /News.

Does the inclusion in the ruling "unless there are no other people at the time" mean that if it is 10 feet and nobody is out you are able to tow the Alley?

What if there are other Jet Ski's?

Why not a simple if paddle surfers are present it is prohibited to Tow surf at the Alley?

If there is no one out you can tow

You must now stay 200m away from all surfers

If the beach is closed you can tow

I have the full code of conduct in the shop if any one wants to read it. The other good part is the observer rule which when this gets passed you have to have all the right tow gear and you can get rid of the third person of the ski..
