I asked Laurie to add a forum just for Stand Up Paddle Surfing to help guide the sport and give advice when possible. I will be asking a few very experienced Paddlers to contribute and help all of us enjoy this great sport.

I hope this forum helps anyone trying to get into SUP surfing, trying to improve or even just sharing an experience.

It looks like 1 year later things have changed !!

Personally, I'm happy to see more and more guys having fun in the water, and I'm glad to be able to share my experiences through this forum where I've also learned a lot.

I think it's also a good opportunity to (once again), thank Laurie for running this website !

i also have learnt alot from this forum as i live in a small town and im the only sup'er around

the helpful hints and tips have been great

and the rivalry between different groups is very entertaining (eg surfies vs flaties) love it

entertainment is hard to come by here in minnie water so you have to make the most of it any way you can so apart from working i kite surf sup and checkout the forum while checking the wheather updates on seabreeze

Oh yeah, I almost forgot.... Thanks to everyone who contributes to the forum with a big thanks to DJ who is a great sup teacher, contributor and ambassador.

I'll rephrase: dj is ambasador for vic, greenroom and wendy are wa ambasadors, bendover the qld ambasador and champrow the sa ambasador.

Thank you to everyone who contributes to this forum. It's been a great help while I have been struggling on my own to get it all figured out.
