Hi Jord
great looking board. I didn't realise Quatro were doing a SUP.
How does it go?
Does it have a handle insert or mast track?

Cheers

yeah i tried a gerry lopez 8 10 quad as a twinnie and it was bad .to me they were just way to apart and forward for a sup, so i'm really interested in how this set up goes. i haven't seen this before, this could be a leap forward in design!!!

Yeah they have had custom ones out for a while, But this is thier first production, but since this board they have gone back to single fin set ups,

Havent taken this one out, But i did take the 11'6 version out last year and fell in love, But as i said not the 10'4 so will keep you updated.

No handle insert or mast track, a fully deticated SUP these ones, But a handle would be great, But really they are as light as it gets.

will keep you posted...

(why have i been red thumbed?)

Wasn't me with the red thumbs,I just told you what I think and nats that
To me the rear fin set up is too straight and in the first pic, wrong fins and placed to far back. IMHO but as most of you know, what would I know

Yeah the fin setup should be interesting, I dono if you guys remember eric terrien, but he made the 11'6 work, said it was a killer board, but too big for him i think he did a bit of a tutorial about how to do a 360 on the wave face, and that was on the 11'6 twinny.

but will keep ya's all posted, and who knows if i see ya down the beach, may even let ya have a bit of a rip on it.

Haha with the grip, there was a bit of mis comunication and is on a bit crooked now, But its still on the board, covering the deck, thats all that counts, Just dont look at it too closely.

anyway, cya on the water

Most windsurf brands are doing a twin now that has the fins straight like this board.
From what they are saying they go amazing when waveriding!

Obviously SUP and sailboards are ridden in different ways but they are a lot more similar
than some think. I rekon it will go great. Well enough to go into production!
