Not very often do I actually enjoy travelling to Brisbane from the Goldy for work, but this morning was an exception. Standing on the platform at the train station I turned around to see a couple of familiar faces so took the opportuinty to have a brief chat to Dave Kalama and Jim Tyrell.
Dave told me he got some nice waves at the Alley yesterday, pretty cool to get to say g'day to someone I have followed through both windsurfing and SUP.
I wish I was there as I could of thanked Dave & Jim for the Big Mama Kalama 10" paddle I just received directly from Quickblades in US. The 1st order to Oz they tell me. Tell me you got some pics on your mobile.
Yep, over for Jamie's wedding and heading back today.
Nope no pics on the phone, I'm not normally the type that would even say hello, so taking photos would have well and truly been beyond what I was comfortable with.
