hi all just thought id start a fresh and include my vidio ect as the old thread was a bit rushed and random.

just back from a awsome road trip sooo much fun i left late sunday eve and got down to gloster at about 12pm and jumped stright into bed knowing it was going to be a early start with the bore due on monday at 7.30 am and boy that was one cold knight i belive it went down to -3 and there was asmuch ice on the inside of the van as out
i woke up to the most amazing sunrise by the river and got in to my cold suit from the day before i had down here on the sea and then set off down the river to chill out for a bit and watch the sun come up.

any way the bore wow what a thing, waighting for it constantly chequing the time but not knowing exactly when it would apear listaning out for it in the distance you could here a rumbaling geting louder in the distance but seaming never to be any close untill you heard the voices of people shouting down the bank,at this poit you can see your hart almost beating through your wetsuit and as i learnt more you just had no idea what to expect,through out the two day i experiace everything from wave a foot high but 50 meters wide to a wall of water sholder to head high throwing a masive hollow barel as the wave wedged up off the banks, you just couldnt predict what it was going to happen and with one chance it is alwasys a gamble.the atmosphere on the banks was amazing thousads of people all standing waighting for this one wave to apear and when you saw it the power is just beond belif.all the locals were amamazing and ive been invited back to go surf some of the more secret spots next time so my bigest thanks goes to them met some great frends.

anyways i cant actualy watch the link but ive been told its the right one it was on the itv natunal new at 6.30 yesterday which i did manage to catch and yes the helmit cam footage was mine as well and i will get that edited and uploaded asap.my best ride was just over 10 minitesl and cover probly a good 4 miles. i surfed mon day and night and tue day and night had such a amazing time awsome such a experiace and just one last quick thanks to worthing watersports for helping me out this year with all my shiney equipment

cheers dude yea it was kinda insane no. of people riding i dont think a beach will ever seam bissey now!
yea when i cam off was a bit of a combanation of being surfed on top of by the guy on my right and geting stuck beside the kyack on my right but it was kinda luckey becase just after i got back up i looked around to see i had just gon past where i had parked and had to get out to go up the road to get back in on anuther spot further up river where it started to brake again.

looking forward to the next time now was such a build up and buzz

cheers dude yea was kinda trickey at time even harder to try and find room to get the paddle in the water. there will be defo more footage coming this way as the summer progresses

oh and yea it was kinda cool it was -4 mon and tue morning ! the ice was as thick on the inside of the van as the out!
