The wave in the vid isn't Cloud 9 but eh? What wave is it? I spent a few weeks up at Pacifico and Bourgos in 96. Still very remote up there at that time, 1 fridge and 1 tv in the village.
Had good waves up there but had some extremely fun waves at a wave called shifties on the way into Pilar if you know it.
