I think I've eaten at that shop! Any ideas where it is?????? Yes its at Palm Beach kiosk 1965. Shops gon but the bus stop is still there.

Yes this place did excist it was called Palm Beach Kiosk in 1965

Yes, the bus stop is still in the same place. The shop was upgraded and changed a bit until the 90s, when a developer built a combined retail/apartment block on the site. There is a hipster cafe, a surf shop and a trendy restaurant there now.

I took some German visitors to one of our most famous beaches for a swim. We climbed the Barrenjoey Head to the lighthouse, then a swim to cool off. After the swim I suggested fish and chips. The hipster cafe don't sell them any more. They only sell pre-cooked, re-heated sandwiches and melts, coffees and cakes. Apparently the residents don't like the continual smell of cooking, so they're not allowed to do it.
