Yeah it could & can be ordered. Its basically an ECO alternative to the typical E glass used in most surfboards. I'm surprised Rasta's not building hemp fibre surfboards, he could source his materials locally

If your chasing something really strong, Lib Tech has a new board shape more like a traditional LB. Only 7'6, but would be heaps fun

I think surfanimals has had one recently, he might be able to give some info re performance as well.
