Hi All.
Struggling to come up with some colour ideas for a new custom mid length being shaped at the moment. 7'2" x 22" x 2.75"
In the past most have been a single colour, but I'm keen to do something a bit different. Maybe a single colour (or clear) deck and rails, with maybe some pigment blocks or swirls or whatever on the bottom. But I'm open.
I would appreciate any ideas! Help needed!

If you go for a tint or some pigment resin art it's going to cost you a bit

I like the look of that. A tint with a pigment nose / tail dip looks good too.

That is pretty close to the shape we are doing. Do like that swirl idea. Single fin box and quaddie's.
As for colour, I've had red, blue, green, yellow and mixes in between. I liked them all. So I'm open.

That swirl looks a lot like the Wallace pop outs from the 70s,actually not a bad board ,similar shape to that but around 6'4.I like the black pattern that was on the bottom of a board here on seabreeze, can't remember the thread but it looked cool was original and was supposedly inconspicuous to sharks.Ill see if I can find it.

Love two tone tints but, I like the look of swirls also.
If you go two tone, I think the nose of the board has to be the lighter of the 2 colours and the tail the darker. But that's just me

If you can find the right colour??? as tints always come out different to what the wet paint in the container looks like.

But how's this sound.... Very - very Bright Lime green ( almost fluro, or Hi - viz ) with a Dark brown or black swirl.. I think that would look pretty sick

And would call it - Peppermint Crisp

Light grey main with a mellow yellow rail, sounds freaky looks cool,

Pale blue with a light yellow rail and visa versa looks cool on old school style stuff.

Cream with soft burnt orange and yellow swirl great combo. seen it once and thought wow!

All these sound ridiculously revolting but work.
