You're not wrong but I've given up for this year on it Damned. It got attacked by Army Grubs at the beginning of Autumn and it hasn't recovered.
It's full of clover and bindi plus suffering from some hollows now courtesy of the massive crane that was used to fell a sick tree a few months back.
Time for a re-turf in the new year most likely.
