I think the s9's would be great. I run them in my super fat tailed quad with tiny tow in board fins for rears and they give me heaps of hold and drive
I went over size chrispy. for really ordinary beachies that are hard to get on and for medium point waves when it fun but crowded. 38 lts of wave catching power.
I want to be that guy that everyone gets the sh1ts with because of the wave count. lol.
sadly in this day and age around this joint you have to consider - Im I going to be able to compete for waves. its no longer about just how the board goes for you in terms of performance
