anyway finished training and rang up saying im on my way.


the reply was we've already got out, the surf was all too hard------------ what, no we're going home maybe tomorrow. here i was getting a flogging on a 12'6 at the alley.

so im wondering what im going to do. paid a bit more on a fanatic 8'10 pro and went for my first standup surf in a long time.

To be honest we are looking for a new 666 at the moment. Although this one will be second hand and it's for the lady not me

Glad to hear you got some good ones LL. I just had a fun surf at one of my fav reef breaks. Swell had really picked up here as the day has gone on. Was planning on watching the golden slipper n having a few beers but with the improving conditions that plan is now out the window !

Surf size has only let me off the 666 twice in the last 3 weeks...I'm also getting confused if I'm goofy or natural...hoping to sell my boat & get a 8'10 - 9'1 soon...666'ers are pretty much the go when its under waist height
