Headed for Byron for a week in the middle of December.

I know it's over crowded, They'll be on-shore winds and a ton of Euro's.

But I don't care

I wouldn't be too concerned with the euros and pommy backpackers getting in your way.

I believe there is a point scoring system in place for hits and near misses[}:)]

Have fun up there.

Is that the same point scoring system that they use in Manly? And can I carry my points over?

Yes the points do carry over however I'm afraid they've halved the points, from 10 down to 5 for a direct hit on a spotty faced, muffin topped, binge drinking pommy chick, sitting in 2ft of water on a sunken boogie board chugging an alchopop.

There's just too many of them and the points accumulation was getting out of hand.

I hear tell they will be introducing an additional point if you do manage to hit one and get the nose of the board wedged reasonably firmly in that very alluring 2 inches of arse crack most of them seem to have after they've dived under the first wave.
