Hi all,

I know a couple of you blokes have had shoulder surgery lately... I have just been diagnosed with Tendinitis of the long head bicep presenting in the right shoulder - and after some physio it appears that the tendon has dislocated out of the groove as it's clunking and popping all the time now - so it would seem that surgery is required.

Just wondering a realistic recovery time before being able to surf - as I have two holidays booked and paid for where I plan to be in the water - one in early June and the other in late Sept - so only have 15 weeks between them... thinking I might have to delay surgery and manage the injury until late November.
